The Firefox Folding@Home Team - Improvements http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs/taxonomy/term/4/0 What can be improved on the site? en Extension http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs/node/294
Dear all,

We are doing fine, but not as good as it ever was. We have some dedicated folders here and it is great to see them sticking around so long!

Also I see some new people now and then. Great! Welcome.

Firefox adaptation is growing and also the amount of extensions. However we do not see a same increase in people who would like to help research and fight cancer and other diseases.

One way to promote the folding@home program would be have an extension on Firefox which just give you the stats of our team (Firefox), and some other interesting features (such as RSS to this website...). It also should install F@H in you computer(Oh and of course out team Firefox will be set as default team, to promote Firefox. People should be able to change this setting however).

http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs/node/294#comments Improvements Fri, 13 Oct 2006 06:26:02 +0100 up north 294 at http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs maybe time to close this site? http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs/node/170
Exciting new times are underway at SFx (even when it down for a few days now ;o) and being on the SFx+ team involved in the revamping I cannot say to much about the new site.

However, there will be an opportunity in the future to discuss, and interact on a very secure server in the future. Software updates, and admin are standing by. This in respect to my call for help on this site with no repsons. Maybe there is no need for a seperate site for us folders, but more like in MozillaZine, to keep it under SFx wing.

I just want to poll the (few) people here that visit. I cannot say anything about the future format. I however feel that we could be more actractive and lively involved, and this platform does not seem to work (IMHO)

http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs/node/170#comments Improvements Fri, 30 Sep 2005 06:49:49 +0100 up north 170 at http://www.spreadthefox.net/cs
