My dad does :o
My dad uses Windows 98 on his laptop. It's not even SE. It's some crappy 300MHz laptop that he got for free, and being the tightwad he is, this millionaire wouldn't hear about forking over $500 for a new machine.
When his friend convinced him to get DSL, SBC's Yahoo IE mod really killed his system. He kept complaining about DSL being slower than dialup; it was the browser :(
Perhaps other choices
For those of us who try not to use MS products at all? ;-)

Anyway I'm trying to figure out if anyone uses win9x/ME thus if support for those OSes is needed in the installer.
