Website upgrade

The website has been upgraded to Drupal 5.1! We were running a two year old version of CivicSpace which caused some issues (anonymous visiting was broken, comment spam could not be solved, and more). The new installation doesn't have all fancy features of the old one, but if you miss something please let me know through the contact form.

No we advertise we updated to 5.1 on SFX+ to get more people. BTW we should also submit this on Foxiewire!
